Welcome to Trikona Yoga

Trikona Yoga Teacher Training is so much more than becoming a yoga teacher. It provides the tools to be the best version of yourself and close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be in your life. This training is designed to be incorporated and integrated into your LIFE, so when life gets full, busy, or challenging, you can utilise your INTENTION to reset and restore your sense of equilibrium and purpose.

One of our main goals is for the participant to feel the sense of belonging in a community of likeminded people, where the teacher is teacher in the classroom and student outside, where we raise one another to a higher level of consciousness. A place where the communal energies will flow organically, where people are committed to bring the best out from one another, so that extraordinary awakening can happen.
We are committed to create a space of safety and respect that will acknowledge and allow each individual’s innate equanimity, truth, empathy and joy to grow through the process of learning.

We feel compelled to share the lineage of this practice, as we’ve received it from our teachers. Taking a program like this is a big leap of faith. We honour and respect your commitment by delivering a high quality training.

We are excited to cross paths with you!

ज्ञा नति मि रा न्धस्य ज्ञा ना ञ्जनशा ला कया

चक्षुरुन्मी लि तं येन तस्मै श्री गुरवे नम

To those who opened my eyes, previously blinded by the darkness of ignorance,

with the gift of self-knowledge, I express my gratitude.

Growing up in my family restaurant in Alicante I was raised with tradition from my mother.

I am a creative person who can make a different gastronomic experience depending on the needs of the client. As a formally trained artisan, I have a deep understanding of how to adapt the menu or specialised diets, intolerances, allergies, choices, cultures and tastes.

«I am passionate about food and always seeking ways to enhance my service and looking for the opportunities to put my skills into work.»

ब्रह्मार्पणं ब्रह्म हविः ब्रह्माग्नौब्रह्मैव तेन गन्तव्यं ब्रह्मकर्मसमाधिना ॥ ब्रह्मणा हुतम् ।

Everything is consciousness. Everything is energy. The very act of digestion is equated to a fire sacrifice. Every morsel of foodwe put into our body is an offering to Lord Agni. Therefore, we should only offer sacred food

Yoga for me is a path to within and I believe that together we can rise each other frequencies to heal us and our surroundings.

I have always felt drawn to be part of a community based on respect for each other, for Nature and for one self.

सर्वमङ्गलमाङ्गल्ये शिवे सर्वार्थसाधिके

शरण्ये त्र्यम्बके गौरि नारायणि नमोऽस्तु ते

She is the most auspicious one and the one who bestows auspiciousness upon all of the world. She is pure and holy.

We bow down to Mother Durga again and again. We worship her.

I completed my first 200YTTC at Yoga Gati school in Koh phangan (Thailand). I feel called to help my students towards more whole and joyful living with a practice that brings us back home to our bodies and connects us with all the surroundings.

Since I was a child I have always been a seeker, always looking for meaning, signs and secrets hidden in the natural world. I know that when we are able to feel calm and connected to ourselves in the present moment, we have more capacity and potential to create meaningful change in our lifes and creates our own reality.

May all become happy May none fall ill |
May all see auspiciousness everywhere
May none ever feel sorrow |

What our clients say about us

I think the way the teacher transmitted the informations and the learning was very interesting. The teacher managed the group brining unity. I think we connected with each other and created a sense of community in a very strong way.

The quality and variety of the meals provided during the training was very good, and lots of care was put in choosing and combining the ingredients.

The landscape and the quality of the rooms and venue are undoubtedly two points worth mentioning and that made the experience unforgettable.

The teacher was a specialist of all things Yoga. The food was delicious, the variety was wonderful… Lunches were a real highlight!

The highlight of the retreat for me was the plant concert- loved the aspects of consciousness integrated into the experience. And the safe space that Trikona Yoga has created, truly thank you. I had some challenges but was warmly supported by Chiara, Lorena and the teacher, and for that I am so very grateful.

I am so happy I chose to do this course and so grateful for the warmth and kindness that you created as a safe space for everyone- that is hard to do and I feel like I found my soul family here.

The curriculum was very good. I learned a lot by repeating the asanas everyday during practice. The theoretical classes were also extremely interesting and valuable. I was able to dive deeper into the world of Yoga.

The meals were very tasty and healthy, full of vegetables. For me, the breakfasts were excellent and I will definitely make them at home.
