Terms of Reservation and Agreement for Trikona Yoga Teacher Training

Thank you for choosing Trikona Yoga for your teacher training journey. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding your reservation and participation in the training program.

1. Reservation and Deposit

A deposit of 400€ is required to secure your reservation for the Trikona Yoga Teacher Training. Payment can be made via Wise or bank transfer. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the training, it can be transferred to a different training date within the next 12 months.

The outstanding balance of the course fee will be settled in cash upon arrival during the check-in process.

2. Course Inclusions

• Course certification
• Course manual
• Accommodation for 20 nights
• Three meals per day during training days, dinner only on arrival day and breakfast only on departure day
• Transfer from the airport to the venue (please ensure arrival at the airport before 2 pm to avail of the included transportation)

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the training, it can be transferred to a different training date within the next 12 months.

In the event that a participant needs to leave the course once it has started, for any reason, there will be no refunds or partial refunds.

Should Trikona Yoga cancel the training due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments may be transferred to another training date within 12 months or refunded upon request. Please note, however, that Trikona Yoga is not responsible for additional expenses such as flight costs or travel arrangements.

4. Additional Terms

Travel Insurance: It is recommended that participants obtain travel insurance to cover any unexpected events that may require cancellation or rescheduling of the training.

Health and Safety: Participants should inform Trikona Yoga of any medical conditions prior to arrival to ensure that the program can be safely completed.

Photography and Media Release: By participating in Trikona Yoga Teacher Training, you agree that Trikona Yoga may use photos or videos taken during the training for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the course manager upon arrival.

By completing the reservation and payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
