The Heart of Trikona Yoga

At Trikona Yoga, we are dedicated to creating a sanctuary for self-discovery, where individuals can awaken their inner consciousness, reconnect with their true selves, and embody the essence of yoga. Our mission is to offer a safe, nurturing space across Europe, where students feel free to be themselves and cultivate inner balance — supported by a loving, authentic community.

Our 200-hours Yoga Teacher Training is more than a certification; it's a transformative journey designed to be seamlessly integrated into your life. We believe that yoga and community are powerful tools for healing and transformation, and by providing more opportunities to share and learn this practice through our teacher trainings, we can create a world where transformation is not just possible but inevitable.

Our experienced teachers guides you through deep explorations of yoga’s physical and spiritual dimensions. We honor traditional teachings while supporting modern seekers — sharing the essence of yoga as it’s been passed down to us through our own mentors.

Taking a program like this is a big leap of faith, and we honor and respect your commitment by delivering high-quality training that bridges the gap between where you are now and where you aspire to be. Join us in shaping a future where healing, growth, and empowerment are woven into everyday life, sparking a worldwide shift in consciousness.

Gergana, vegan chef and nutritionist at Trikona Yoga trainings

Gergana

As a passionate vegan chef, she loves crafting balanced, nutritious meals, blending her culinary skills with her degree in nutrition.  Gergana's journey into food began at age 10, cooking with her mom and making treats for friends in high school. Though she initially aimed to become a nutritionist, she now thrives in the kitchen, creating delightful vegan and vegetarian dishes.

Alejandra, gluten-free and plant-based chef at Trikona Yoga

Alejandra

In the kitchen, I found an ideal space where I can express myself and transmit the freedom and affection that connect me with food. Since I was little, cooking has been a part of my life and I have acquired specific training in everything related to gluten-free and plant-based cooking.

Our Facilitators

Chiara

Yoga for me is a path inward. I believe that together, through presence and respect, we can raise each other’s vibration and heal both ourselves and the world around us.   I have always felt drawn to be part of a community based on respect for each other, for Nature and for Oneself.

Lorena, Trikona Yoga facilitator and seeker of embodied wisdom

Lorena

Since I was a child, I’ve always been a seeker—searching for meaning, signs, and hidden messages in the natural world. I believe that when we feel calm and present, we unlock the potential to create meaningful change and shape our own reality.
