Trikona Yoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Yoga Alliance Certified Program
Our 200-hour training is fully accredited by Yoga Alliance, ensuring international recognition and teaching eligibility.
In this 21-day, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, you’ll embark on a purposeful journey of transformation — blending modern teaching techniques with ancient yogic wisdom. Through practices like Hatha and Yin yoga, pranayama, meditation, and the study of philosophy, anatomy, and Ayurveda, you'll deepen your understanding of yoga from the inside out.
Whether your goal is to become a yoga teacher or simply enrich your personal practice, this training will challenge you in the right ways both physically and spiritually. You will emerge with the confidence to teach if that is your calling, or with a profound personal transformation that enhances your life journey. The readiness to teach is unique to each person and influenced by their character, experience, and personal journey. Our program is designed to meet you where you are, helping you develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to teach if and when you feel ready, meeting you where you are and empowering you to teach — if and when you’re ready — in a way that feels fully authentic.
While some students come with the intention to teach, many join for self-discovery and personal growth. By the end of the 200-hour training, the choice to teach or not becomes a natural reflection of who you are and who you’ve become. With this internationally recognized 200-hour certification accredited by Yoga Alliance, you will not only receive all the tools to teach yoga anywhere in the world should you choose to take that path, but also feel empowered to share your journey in a way that feels authentic to you.
With daily structured practices, group learning, and personal introspection, this training honors yoga’s depth and lineage while adapting it to the modern world.
Join us in a journey that transcends certification, inviting you to cultivate purpose, balance, and connection.
