In these 21 days, you’ll embark on a purposeful journey filled with sensations, new experiences, introspection, and ancient wisdom. We combine modern teaching techniques with time-honored traditions to help you deepen your understanding of yoga, no matter your starting point. Our curriculum covers essential elements like Hatha and Yin yoga, pranayama, meditation, and comprehensive studies in yoga philosophy, history, and anatomy. You’ll also engage with Ayurveda, experiencing meals designed to nurture balance between body, mind, and spirit. 

Whether your goal is to become a yoga teacher or simply enrich your personal practice, this training will challenge you in the right ways both physically and spiritually. You will emerge with the confidence to teach if that is your calling, or with a profound personal transformation that enhances your life journey. The readiness to teach is unique to each person and influenced by their character, experience, and personal journey. Our program is designed to meet you where you are, helping you develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to teach if and when you feel ready, supporting your unique readiness and empowering you to share your journey authentically

What We Offer


Teacher Training for

Hatha

The main Yoga linage practiced during the course will be Hatha (as is the origin of all Asanas) and it will be practiced each morning.

The evening practice will be Yin, as this slower pace, meditative version of Asanas is the perfect way to integrate the learnings and discoveries of the day.

Teacher Training for

Pranayama & Meditation

With daily practices, you will be able to master different techniques of Pranayama and Meditation, to then safely lead your own future practitioners in their paths. Different linages of meditation will be practiced, both to enable to learn different teaching styles and to find your own way to settle the mind.


What you will learn:

✓  How to safely incorporate Bandhas, Mantras and Mudras

​✓  How to lead a safe and balanced practice

Comprehensive knowledge on

Yoga History, Ethics, Philosophy & Anatomy

You will learn the authentic Yoga tradition in all its different aspects.

Healthy Lifestyle

Ayurveda encourages certain lifestyle interventions and natural therapies to regain a balance between the body, mind, spirit and environment. For this reason, we give to this science a lot of attention both in the classroom and outside it. All our meals will be prepared with the Ayurvedic principles in mind.
