The highlight of the retreat for me was the plant concert- loved the aspects of consciousness integrated into the experience. And the safe space that Trikona Yoga has created, truly thank you. I really liked that you not only get the knowledge theoretically but you also experience it. I loved when I had a chance to teach Yoga myself I really liked that the teacher had a big knowledge about the Yogic life and was also living it- so very authentic.

The curriculum was very good. I learned a lot by repeating the asanas everyday during practice. The theoretical classes were also extremely interesting and valuable. I was able to dive deeper into the world of Yoga.
The meals were very tasty and healthy, full of vegetables. For me, the breakfasts were excellent and I will definitely make them at home.

I have nothing to compare it to, but I am very happy with my choice. I feel like we were given a very good foundation to build on. I felt I could trust the instructor and that is an important thing for me. We had a bit of everything and everything served its purpose.
The food was very good, and I now know that vegetarian food can be delicious.
